    Hey guys

It has been raining and raining so much here. Some parts of Oz is flooded. A really wet summer indeed. Im coming down with flu and sore thorat. So Im taking medications and loads of water. Hope the weather is good for the weekend. The bank interest is on a hike here. Thank god we didnt buy a unit and get stuck with a bank loan.

The rental unit we are staying is not near the North beach but the beach is only a short drive from here. The unit is small but just nice for 2 of us. Theres a farmer's market where we have seen quite low prices for fruits and vegetables.

Oh ya Im taking driving lessons with Krish. Hes teaching me the basics of handling the acceleration, brakes, clutch and gear in our underground carpark. I did what all might do stall the engine. Hehe excited but scared too. Cos the roads are different here. Very up and down roads as its the mountain side and there are easily huge trucks travelling on the road beside you. The cars are also very big indeed. Only once in awhile you will see a small car. Its vice versa in Singapore. 2.2 is considered small here. God bless me.

Food! I must mention this grilled chicken wrap from a Lebanese cafe cum restraurant. Its very yummy and healthy. Its very filling for me. The restaurant has some good dishes served too. Might be going there for dinner sometime.

We went to a Chinese eating place for lunch one day. A bowl of chicken laksa cost me A$7.50 but its a huge bowl. Maybe enough for 2 even. The steamed wantons were good too. Krishna had salted fish fried rice. It was also good and was a large serving. We had to have a very light dinner. I think the owners are from Hong Kong.

Living here with Krish all seems like a dream. We were apart for so long that this seems like a dream now. Being together with your loved one is the biggest gift that one should cherish very much no matter how life turns out.
