    Easter Holidays

Im right now on my balcony wearing sunglasses and entering this post. The town is hot and dead. We didnt go anywhere except for a short trip to the casino for this long weekend. Just lazed around at home. To us this is one of the most treasured weekend even though we didn't go anywhere. I think many will know why.

We cooked a spanish rice dish yesterday, Paella. It turned out not too bad actually. We had this dish first time at Krishna's colleague Brad's house. Paella is a typical valencian rice dish from Spain. The name paella is the word for "frying pan" in Valencian (Latin). Paella is usually garnished with vegetables and usually seafood. The three main ingredients are rice, saffron, and olive oil. Traditionally, the people of Spain made it with seafood such as Prawns, Oysters, and other types of fish and shellfish.

Now Im going to enjoy the sun, view of the ocean and the clouds lazing on the mountain tops. Happy Easter!
